Daegan Gets Sued And Goes To Court?

That’s right you read the headline right.
As you read this email I’m probably sitting in court wasting
my hard earned time.
Why?
Well my first capitalistic venture was to buy a small
apartment building which I’ve now owned for the past 4 years
almost.
And well one of my tenant’s has decided to take me to court.
Good times!
The guy hasn’t paid his rent in months, and is of dubious
character at best, and the only reason I allow him to stay
is because of this pending court case.
If you’re thinking about going into real estate marketing as
a wealth creation model I would strongly suggest you talk to
a few people that own real estate and especially rental real
estate before making the jump.
What does this have to do with network marketing?
First as a business model network marketing is a much more
forgiving model and profits can be generated quicker and
there will be far less hassles in general.
Second a lesson I’ve learned and I’m sharing now is that
some people are simply not good natured in the way that you
are and no matter how far out of your way you go for them
they will still find a way to try to stab you in the back.
Stay as far away from people with this nature as you
possibly can. They will not only slow you down, but they
will literally poison your life.
Not the normal rant, but hopefully valuable non the less.
